Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity Nepal was established in 1997 and has served over 70,000 families with local partners through which it implements housing programs. It is part of global housing organization Habitat for Humanity International that works in more than 70 countries.

Habitat Nepal employs a holistic approach to achieve long-term shelter solutions by forging stronger partnerships with government agencies, strengthening relationships with local partners, leveraging government resources, and pursuing growth through housing microfinace and market development initiatives.
